About "Total Christ Recovery"

Here’s To an Encouraged New Life…

We are here to encourage the Body of Christ and those who would like to come
to the Knowledge of Jesus (the Christ) and the Power that He alone has to Deliver Us
from Hurts, Habits, and Hang-ups. This Ministry’s purpose is to encourage a stronger Faith,
Oneness, Fellowship, Accountability, Love and Hope in Jesus and in each other.
It is more than just a Socializing or a Hang-Out Place. It is a place to come and
Truly be healed, be encouraged, grow, and see the Power and Love of Jesus. To find
Freedom from addictions hurts from the past and faith in Jesus (the Christ).
By sharing our Lives, our Experiences, our Hurts, Forgiving “Ourselves” and
Others, Trusting Christ more, surrendering our will, finding out Who We Are “In Christ”.
Bonding as Brothers and Sisters through Encouragement, we “Will” begin to heal and be
Other programs have been stepping stones to Recovery but, they either leave Christ
out all together or they use the name of Christ somewhere in the “Program” but depend more
on the “Program” than the “Power of Jesus”!
We are not here to criticize other Programs, for the Lord has used them and will continue
to use these Programs as tools to get people out of addiction and hurts and into His
Kingdom. He has a “Perfect Plan”.
No. Our purpose for this Ministry is to make it a “Total Christ Recovery”: That
all the Glory and Praise goes to Jesus. That we Trust only in Him for “Total Deliverance”.
As we grow in the Faith, Hope and the Love the Lord intended for us. Where the “Truth” will
set us “Free”, “If!” we allow the Holy Spirit to move in our lives.
It all begins with each one of us being willing to be “Totally Honest” with
ourselves. No longer playing the “Blame Game”, but truly seeking God’s will to heal us
of anything that hinders us from living in the fullness of His purpose for our lives. To
find the “Peace that surpasses all comprehension”… Where we make the “Joy of the Lord
our strength”.
The Prayer of Total Christ Recovery is not only to be a safe place for people to
Recover or Hide-Out but, a place of Truth, Growth, Honesty, Encouragement, Direction,
Ministry, Hope, Building an Army for Christ and to “Go unto all the World and spread the
Gospel”.  If We are truly and truthfully healthy in Christ “We Will” be a force the World
will have to hear!!!  We will begin to be able to share the Word at any time and any place.
People will witness the Power of Healing and Recovery that will cause them to be curious
and encourage them to know our Christ.

Many of you are familiar with a Great Program called Celebrate Recovery. One of the
Foundations for how Total Christ Recovery has come about. We are Thankful for John
Baker’s obedience to the Lord and Rick Warren for opening the door to Celebrate Recovery
and pray the Lord would continue to Bless the Program. There is also, another book we
would like to acknowledge long before C. R. called The Twelve Steps- A Spiritual Journey
that has been around since the 1970’s. This book sold over 400,000 copies and possibly
helped millions around the World.
Our Prayer is that this Ministry is not just another “Tool” for people, but rather that it
will bring others to the Love and Knowledge of Jesus (the Christ), to strengthen those who
have struggled knowing Jesus and build up the Body of Christ…
For the Kingdom of God is near to US!!
